Privacy Policy
PRIVACY POLICY
The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the site collects and how it uses it. In compliance with the obligations arising from national (Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, Code for the Protection of Personal Data, as amended to be understood herein fully referred to) and European (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data No. 679/2016, GDPR to be understood herein fully referred to) legislation, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users. This site does not publish advertisements, does not use data for the purpose of sending advertisements, however it does make use of third-party services in order to improve the use of the site, third parties who may collect user data and then use it to send personalized advertisements on other sites. However, this site makes every effort to protect users' privacy and minimize the collection of personal data.
For example, the site uses web software in some cases, which are set to not send cookies (and thus not collect data). The site also uses social web plugins to make it easier to share materials on social networks. Such plugins are configured so that they send cookies (and thus possibly collect data) only after the user has activated the service.
By way of information, it should be noted that cookie management is an extremely complex area that involves activity on the part of both the site operator (who may fail to properly manage third-party cookies) and the user (who may block cookies that are essential for the site to function). The same to avoid any form of liability recommend the use of appropriate tools. Therefore, for better and easier protection and to protect privacy absolutely, they recommend the use of anti-tracking tools, which then block tracking by sites. The failure of users to use these tools is attributable to their free choice so that the continued navigation and use of the site and the service without the use of appropriate anti-tracking tools relieves the site operator and the data controller from any liability, both civil and criminal. For more information you can read the full disclosure below. PRIVACY POLICY (complete)
